Dear valued customer,
We have over 30,00 very satisfied clients and host close to 20,000 websites within our network. All of our web hosting plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee, 24x7x365 support through our helpdesk / live chat / phone, while each our shared hosting server comes with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, we have a new dedicated server (US Base) – ns3/ns4 and hosted 38 our customer’s site within a week, it appears one of our server has a failing drive. We are currently working on getting the drive swapped out ASAP. We are having some issues on mounting the old drive on this server since it already became unreadable.we’ll another method and see if that will work.
We’ve been restored 33 web sites and online now.

၂၉ – 12-2013 မြန်မာ စံတော်ချိန် နေ့လည် ၁ နာရီခန့်က ns3/ns4 Server အသစ်တစ်လုံးတွင် Hard Disk အား Detect မသိတော့ပါသဖြင့် တစ်ပတ်အတွင်း တင်ထားတော့ Customer Site ၃၈ ခု ဒေါင်းသွားခဲ့ပြီး site ပေါင်း ၃၃ ခုအား Backup Server အား IP ပြောင်းကာ အွန်လိုင်း ပြန်တင်ခဲ့နိုင်သော်လည်း ပြန်နေသေးသော Site ၇ ခုအား Backup ပြန်လည် ရရှိဖို့အတွက်ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပါသည်။
